Threading. ‘La Linière’ refugee camp in Grande-Synthe, Dunkirk, Northern France. The first purpose-built camp in Dunkirk, France, to provide proper, humanitarian-standard shelter to refugees who were currently sleeping rough.
The camp, made of wooden structures provided heated shelter, sufficient drinking water, kitchens, showers and sanitation to meet minimum UN humanitarian standards. Built by MSF.
