On the outskirts of Dunkirk in Northern France, opposite a relatively new housing estate and yards away from a modern garden center and outdoor clothing retailer Decathlon, sits the isolated and solitary remains of France’s ‘forgotten migrant camp’ -- Grande-Synthe.
